This young designer rapidly is making his mark in the fashion industry. He was chosen as one of this years participants for the AOL LATINO FASHIONISTIC DESIGN COMPETITION, he made it to the top 3 and was chosen the winner. He already has received a great deal of national press for his achievements. A native Texan, Horacio moved to Chicago where he attended a private school to master his fashion design. His specialty is pattern making, draping, leather construction and corsetry. He won several awards while attending school winner the General Motors Design Competition or two years in a row. His design philosophy is designing cloths with a combination of strength, fluidity and sex appeal.
