International Beethoven Festival 2013
Chicago was the center of attention recently as the 3rd Annual Beethoven Festival kicked off on Sept. 7th. Spanning nine days (from Sept. 7 – 15th), showcased 60 musical performances from 12 different countries. Top level talent from around the world gathered and demonstrated their unique skills during this cultural celebration, spotlighting 37 world premiers and six Chicago premiers.
The Castle
Located just two hours east of Manhattan, the Castle is the sight where Sir Ivan hosts an exotic party for those who are fortunate enough to be invited to this exclusive soiree. This year, the theme for the party was “Sailors and Sinners” and guests showed up accordingly in creative costumes.

Horse back riding aficionados from across the country and around the world recently gathered at one of the biggest and most prestigious horse shows in the U.S., 38th Annual Hampton Classic. Located in Bridgehampton, N.Y. this equestrian extravaganza is positioned on a 65-acre show ground, boasting six show rings and over 70 vendors.
Mats Wilander Plays at Dunham Woods Riding Club
A tennis legend from the 1980’s made an exclusive appearance (on Sunday, August 11th) at Dunham Woods Riding Club in Wayne, Illinois. Tennis star Mats Wilander conducted his very own tennis clinic in front of a packed gallery; adults and juniors alike welcomed the privilege to be on the same court with a seven-time, Grand Slam champion.
Alpari World Match Racing Tour’s Chicago Cup at Navy Pier
With the unique distinction of being the only U.S. destination on the Alpari World Match Racing Tour, the Chicago Match Cup (sailboat races) kicked off at Navy Pier on August 7th and competed until Sunday, August 11th.
