Lisa Zembruski and Fit Bodies, Inc.
Our January 2016 edition features are Lisa Zembruski and Fit Bodies, Inc. who together provide an array of well-being services from yoga to nutritional counseling, as well as luxury resort vacationing with an instructor. Why not keep healthy while vacationing in paradise? Sounds wonderful to us!Lisa Zembruski, RYT 200 (registered yoga teacher), was recently in Mexico as a guest yoga instructor for the Zoetry Paraiso Resort and Spa (which we have written about before) through Fit Bodies, Inc. She has been practicing yoga for over 25 years and her studies of the discipline include Hatha, Bikram, Kundalini, Baptiste Vinyasa flow, and Lyengar.
Her passion for yoga and its spirituality has led her to teach in places like Aruba, Jamaica, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic. Currently, Lisa will be teaching a six-week yoga class at the beautiful Palace Theater (Feb 1 – Mar 7). Make sure to visit her website and follow her on social media to learn more.
Fit Bodies, Inc., which is based in Kentucky, is two-fold. It provides luxury resorts throughout the Caribbean, Mexico, and Central America with trained fitness professionals for on-site classes, as well as providing those instructors with an opportunity to enjoy all-inclusive resort vacations.
