Seven Anti-Aging Tips
Who does not like the idea of the days when we were young, free and stress-free without fine lines and wrinkles on the skin?
It has become quite familiar to adopt such methods and approaches where one can look like a person much younger than their age. Many natural and artificial techniques can be used to make yourself look like you are living in the good, old and young days. Some individuals opt for anti-aging treatments such as Botox or other surgical treatments and do not achieve the desired results. However, the natural methods are a better way to acquire the anti-aging phenomenon because they provide an ever-lasting result that is apparently and relatively slow but less harmful than the artificial approaches present around you.
Here are a few of my favorite natural anti-aging tips to enjoy flawless skin:
1- USE A MILD CLEANSER FOR WASHING YOUR SKIN:
Cleansing is an essential part of your daily routine as it helps to achieve a healthier and younger look. It is the basic step for individuals who work outdoors and are prone to allergies, dust and perform makeup regularly. Use cleansers which are gentle on your skin and do not result in dehydration or stripping effect on the skin. Select cleansers with low pH and avoid buying cleansers with Sodium Lauryl Sulphate.
2- USE A SUITABLE TONER:
People have the misconception that toner is not an essential need in the everyday skin routine, however, it’s totally opposite as toner is similarly essential to the cleaners. Use toners in your everyday routine after cleansing as they help in maintaining your skin ph.
3- Exfoliate:Exfoliation is an important part of your daily routine. However, in the past years, dermatologists believed that exfoliation should not be performed daily. In modern times, the dermatologists believe that exfoliation should be performed daily to remove the outer layers and achieve proper cleaning. Use a scrub with fine crystals and avoid the ones with abrasions or micro-cuts for exfoliation.
Celebrities and dermatologist swear on achieving the vibrant skin with the anti-aging skincare options, one of which includes the use of a moisturizer. You need to apply the moisturizer to the skin after it is perfectly exfoliated. Use an upward and gentle motion while using the moisturizer so that it absorbs completely in your skin. Use a perfect moisturizer according to the age and skin type.
5- VEGAN DIET:
Incorporate healthy foods in your diet to maintain a flawless and young skin. Consume foods which are rich in Vitamin C, Antioxidants, Beta Carotene, Vitamin A and Vitamin E such as berries, oranges, sweet potatoes, carrots, spinach, whole grains, almonds and others.
Avoid consumption of processed sugar because it results in the loss and breaksdown of your elastic and collagen fibers in your body which results in sagging and wrinkle formation over your skin.
Meditation is the key to achieve the flawless and younger look. Meditation allows the skin to inhale oxygen leading to new cell formation. The regeneration of cells results in a younger and brighter look.
Take a deep and restful sleep for at least 7-8 hours which naturally keeps your skin healthier. Sleep deprivation results in sagging, puffy eyes and wrinkle formation over the skin. When you sleep well at night, it results in the formation of growth hormones which allows the regeneration of new cells on the skin.
Stress is the key factor which results in aging so to avoid the aged look, you need to perform meditation, exercise, eat healthy fruits and vegetables, keep yourself hydrated and perform regular CTM i.e. cleaning, toning and moisturizing in your daily skincare routine.
